All garments are handmade in Sweden using natural fibers. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Each piece is created individually. Due to the handmade nature of the garments, slight variations may occur. These variations are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of each piece.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

Made to Order

Most garments are made to order and require approximately 1–2 weeks for production before shipping.

Production begins after payment has been received. Made-to-order items are created specifically for you, which reduces waste and supports slow fashion practices.

If you have a deadline or special request, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Sweden.

Shipping times vary depending on destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our garments, returns may be limited.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order information.

Approved returns must be sent back in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Care Instructions

All garments are made from natural fibers and should be handled with care.

Dry cleaning is recommended. Improper care may damage the garment.

Payments

We accept secure payments through approved payment providers such as Shopify Payments and PayPal.

Payment must be completed before production or shipping begins.

Privacy

Personal information is used only to process and fulfill your order. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as required to complete transactions or comply with legal obligations.
